As you maybe aware, due to the COVID-19 outbreak we are currently unable to work as normal and have closed the practice for all appointments. This decision follows the latest government guidelines and advice from the Chief Dental Officer. We feel it is our responsibility to protect you, our valued patients as well as our team.
We will be maintaining a telephone only service for advice and in due course, local and regional hubs will be established where further clinical intervention may be provided for dental emergencies.
An Emergency includes the following:
Severe pain
Facial Swelling
Trauma or uncontrolled bleeding
If you have any of the above symptoms, please call 01384 378361 where a member of our team can provide advice.
We understand this is inconvenient and it may mean that treatment timelines are extended, however, at this time it is much safer for our patients and staff to stay at home as you will be aware. We will be able to continue with teeth straightening, restorative and implant dentistry when it is safe to do so.
If your appointment needs to be postponed, then one of my team will be in touch. I would be extremely grateful if you could be patient at this extremely uncertain time, but I can assure you that as soon as the guidelines allow us to return to some sort of normality, which I am sure they will, we will be able to resume your normal courses of treatment and we look forward to seeing you all at that time.
