If you would like to find out more about Veneers then call our friendly team and book a FREE treatment consultation today.
Lumineers are a specific type of porcelain veneer used by certified dentists for the Cerinate Smile Design Studio. They are thinner than other veneers whilst still remaining strong and durable.
Typically veneer treatments require the surface layer of your teeth to be removed to create a secure bonding site for the veneer to be placed on. This can be an invasive treatment requiring several local anaesthetic injections and is irreversible. Acrylic temporaries are then attached and the whole veneer treatment can take numerous visits.
As Lumineers are much thinner there is often no need to have any extensive tooth reshaping in order to fit your veneers. Normally it will only take two visits to complete your veneer treatment and achieve that perfect smile.
Treatment Process:
On your first visit our certified Lumineers dentist will take an impression of your teeth and send it to the laboratory along with photos and any other records necessary to make your veneers the best possible fit for your teeth.
On the second visit, typically two weeks later, your Lumineers will be placed temporarily to ensure they are a good fit. If you are happy with your new smile then our dentist will moderately etch your teeth and permanently attach your Lumineers one by one. Finally your bite will be checked to ensure your Lumineers do not get damaged through the course of daily use.
