During your free treatment consultation, we discuss Invisalign with you, giving you the opportunity to ask any questions about the treatment. We make sure you are suitable for treatment and let you know the costs involved.
Once you are ready, we take 3D digital scans of your teeth, enabling us to create your accurate and comfortable clear aligners. We create your bespoke treatment plan and can show you step by step how your teeth will move as you wear them, using ClinCheck software.
You wear each aligner in the series to gradually move your teeth and create a straighter, more aesthetically pleasing smile. Each aligner is worn for 1-2 weeks before moving to the next one, based on your individual case. We keep an eye on your progress during your 4-6 weekly in-clinic appointments, where we check everything is going to plan.
Once treatment is complete, you can start showing off your new smile with pride! We offer whitening and recontouring treatments as part of our Invisalign package, helping cement your perfect smile. We also give you a free retainer to keep your teeth in their new positions for the long term.

The clear aligners are very discreet, designed to fit seamlessly into your daily life.
The aligners are extremely comfortable, made completely bespoke to you and with no metal or sharp wires to irritate your mouth.
Invisalign is highly effective for a whole range of orthodontic issues, including misalignment, overcrowding, bite problems and gaps.
You are able to take out your aligners to eat and drink whatever you choose during your Invisalign treatment.
You need to wear your aligners for 22-24 hours per day in order for your Invisalign treatment to be effective. You should remove them only for eating, drinking and to brush your teeth and clean your aligners.
The length of your treatment will vary from case to case, depending on your individual requirements. Most Invisalign cases are completed in 9-18 months. Your dentist will let you know your expected treatment time during your initial consultation.
You may find it slightly harder to speak at first, and may have a slight lisp, but it won’t take long for you to get used to wearing your aligners. You will be talking clearly and confidently with them in a short time.
If you want to keep your teeth in their new straighter positions for the long term, you will need to wear a retainer. Your dentist will usually suggest wearing it full time for the first few weeks after completing your Invisalign treatment, then moving to a part time basis (usually overnight) for the long term.
If you lose or break one of your aligners, please contact us as soon as possible so we can advise you on what to do. In the meantime, you can wear an aligner from your previous set to stop your teeth moving too far out of line. We will review your case and may suggest moving onto the next set of your aligners if appropriate.
